Evening - FIRST CONCERT – Festival of Voices opening concert at St David’s
10 min slot plus combined piece
Repertoire TBA, conducted by June Tyzack and Mike Brewer (combined piece)
PCP at Festival Club (Long Gallery), possibly including a spot for song book singing
Bus choir back to camp (supplied)

Friday July 10:

5pm – walk or bus to Foreshore Tavern (Lauderdale)
6pm – Dinner at Foreshore (included in cost)
7pm – Revue held at the Foreshore

Publicity Sing at Salamanca Market (as part of Festival of Voices)
Free afternoon at Market/in Hobart (get own lunch and dinner in town) to shop/go to FOV events/short rehearsal at Town Hall
5:30 – SECOND CONCERT – Festival of Voices ‘Aperitivo’ concert at Town Hall
30 min slot
Bedlam Hills by James Penberthy (1st ever IV commission)
New work by Matthew Orlovich (preview performance)
conducted by June Tyzack (with accompanist in Penberthy)
Process down to Salamance for FOV finale Bonfire
PCP at Festival club for end of Festival
Bus choir back to camp (supplied)

Sunday July 12:

Afternoon – free for activities:
wine tour in Richmond
visit to Mount Wellington
AIVCC meeting (at TUU Boardroom)
6m – BBQ Dinner at Camp
Evening – IV Video night

Monday July 13:
10am – pressie’s pj’s
12pm – lunch (at camp)
2pm – sectionals
4pm – rehearsal (with Simon Reade)
6pm – dinner (catered)
Evening – Casino night (TBC)

Tuesday July 14:

12pm – lunch (at camp)
1:30pm – rehearsal (with June Tyzack)
3:30pm – afternoon off to prepare for Academic Dinner (Metro bus to 7 mile beach)
Evening – Academic Dinner at Wyndham (7 Mile Beach)

9am – City Hall set up
1pm – Rehearsals at City Hall (with June Tyzack)
5:30pm – Dinner Break
7pm – Rehearsal with Hobart Wind Symphony at City Hall (with Simon Reade)
10pm – Pub!

Friday July 17:
10am – rehearsal at City Hall (with June Tyzack)
1pm – lunch break/collect clothes for evening performance
4pm – rehearsal with Hobart Wind Symphony (with Simon Reade)
6pm – Dinner Break/get ready for concert
8pm – FINAL CONCERT, with Hobart Wind Symphony at City Hall. Choral works conducted by June Tyzack, works for choir and wind orchestra conducted by Simon Reade.
