Fees

Registration and camp fees are as follows:

Camp Registration AICSA Levy
Includes accomodation, most meals (some meals in Hobart) and social events Includes FIBS, Songbook, hire of music plus your ticket to Academic Dinner (not for week 1 only) Compulsory for all participants
Whole Festival The festival starts on Sunday 5th of July. If you arrive before this you will have to arrange your own accomodation. People flying in on this day will be transported to a central house and then to the camp site. Do not arrive at the camp site before 3pm. The first catered meal will be the dinner on the evening of the 5th.
Students $32 × 10 days = $320 $180 $10

Week 1 only To be eligible to sing in Concerts 1 and 2, you must attend all rehearsals in Week 1. Your last day at camp will be Sunday July 12.
Students $32 × 7 days = $224 $90 $5
Non-students $40 × 7 days = $280 $110 $5
Week 2 only To be eligible to sing in Concert 3, you must attend all rehearsals from Sunday 1pm on July 12th. If you wish to arrive one day early on Saturday 11th and attend Concert 2, the extra cost will be $70/$60 and includes a discount ticket to Concert 2.

NB:

  • Casual attendance at camp: $50 per day.
  • Extra Academic Dinner tickets: $80
  • There are additional fees payable if you elect to book the more luxurious rooms at the alternate "Quiet Camp". For more information, see the Quiet Camp page.

Payments using Paypal (including credit card payments) attract a 2.5% surcharge.
Payments by money order, cheque, and bank transfer have no surcharges (that we charge).
